"Usage..." or "Project limits exceeded" when trying to save or create a project in Fusion 360 Personal Hub

Issue:

An attempt to create a project in Fusion 360 Personal Hub with a valid license fails with one of the following notifications:
  • Project Limits Exceeded [...]
  • ​​Usage Limits Exceeded [...]
  • ERROR_USAGE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED - Usage limits exceeded.
    Operation failed

  • This behavior may be also observed when trying to save a file within a project.

Solution:

Use a Team Hub instead of the Personal Hub:

Upgrading to the Team Hub does not require any additional cost. It is included in every subscription. 
  1. Close the Fusion 360 Desktop software.
  2. Go to Fusion Team Hub Onboarding site.
  3. Sign in with the Autodesk Account credentials.
  4. Select "Let's go".
  5. Transfer the projects from the Personal Hub to the Team Hub.
  6. Reopen the Fusion 360 Desktop software.
  7. Go to the Profile Name -> Switch Team to select the correct Hub.
  8. Retest creating a project.
