"[WARNING] Unsupported material... reverting to default material" message when using A360 Cloud Rendering in 3ds Max

Issue:

When attempting to send renders to the A360 Cloud Rendering Service in 3ds Max, an error occurs stating there is an unsupported material in the Render Message A360 Cloud Rendering window:
 
[WARNING] Unsupported material [Material Name] reverting to default material
 
      User-added image

Causes:

An unsupported material type is attempting to be rendered with the A360 Cloud Rendering Service in 3ds Max.

Solution:

When rendering to the A360 Cloud Rendering Service, some material types may not be supported. The following table shows supported and unsupported materials for use with A360 Cloud Rendering:
 
Supported MaterialsUnsupported Materials
Autodesk MaterialsPhysical Material
Arch & Design (A&D) MaterialV-Ray Materials
Standard MaterialArnold Materials
 Other non-physically based materials
