Error "Windows cannot find C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AdODIS\V1\Installer.exe ..." while uninstalling Autodesk product

Issue:

While using Control Panel > Program and Features uninstallation of Autodesk product, the below error message is shown.

"Windows cannot find C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AdODIS\V1\Installer.exe make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again"

Causes:

AntiVirus software blocks the installation/uninstallation
 

Solution:

To solve the issue, try one of the following solutions.
  • Put off the AntiVirus protection for a while.
  • Remove a potential corrupted ODIS installation:
    1. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AdODIS\V1.
    2. Run "RemoveODIS.exe" as Administrator.
  • Download and install the latest version of ODIS: How to silently install Autodesk AdODIS installer
Run the product uninstall again.
