Express Tools are missing from the Ribbon in AutoCAD Products

Issue:

Express Tool ribbon user interface is missing in AutoCAD Products.
The EXPRESSTOOLS command doesn't activate it but the normal Express Tools commands are working from the command line. 

Causes:

Missing acetmain.cuix and acetmain.mnl files.

Solution:

Do the following:
  • Replace and reload cuix

  1. Copy acetmain.cuix and acetmain.mnl files from a working matching version of AutoCAD product, located in:
    ​​​​​​ C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD 20xx\Rxxx\<product language>\Support\ 

  2. Paste the files to the following local folder C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD 20xx\Rxxx\<product language>\Support\
  3. Load the Express Tools CUI File in AutoCAD
    1. Enter CUILOAD on the command line.
    2. Click "Browse..." and select the acetmain.cuix file from the mentioned preceding location. 
    3. Click Load and then Close.
