Issue:

Users reported that Fusion crashes during launch/startup/open on macOS.

Solution:

Use the Troubleshooter Form

First, try the following troubleshooter form to help resolve Fusion launching issues. 

Check system requirements

Reset Fusion

Run a Reset with the Fusion using the Service Utility: Reset Fusion Command from Fusion Service Utility

Note: When running the Reset, leave the following option unchecked: "Keep user credential." This clears the login credentials located here: How to clear the login credentials for Fusion

Configure Automatic Proxy

Configure Automatic Proxy through the steps here: How to configure proxy server and firewall for Fusion (macOS)

Repair Fusion 

Use the Service Utility to run a repair of Fusion. See: Overview of Repair Fusion Command from Fusion Service Utility

Uninstall and reinstall Fusion

  1. Use the Service Utility to uninstall Fusion or do a manual clean uninstall. 
  2. Reinstall Fusion by downloading the installer from the Autodesk Account
