Issue:

The trying to update or install Fusion 360, the following message is shown:

Permissions problem.
What's wrong?
We are unable to write Fusion 360 files to your computer. This could happen for a number of reasons.
[Errno 13] Permission denied.

The following may also be seen in the installation log file:

PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '\\\\?\\C:\\Users\\XXXX\\AppData\\Local\\Autodesk\\webdeploy\\production\\6a0c9611291d45bb9226980209917c3d\\Fusion360.ico
