HTTP Error 404.3 when accessing Revit Server Administrator panel

Issue:

When accessing the Revit Sever Administrator panel or browsing any of the Revit Server SVC files, HTTP Error 404.3 is displayed in web browser.

Causes:

  • One or more Prerequisites required for Revit Server were not loaded.
  • The server is an updated version that does not use Silverlight.

Solution:

To resolve this issue:
  • Install all required Prerequisites. Depending on the operating system you have chosen, follow the steps in this help article: Revit Server Installation.
  • Use a browser other than Internet Explorer.
