Issue:

Hosting and accessing Revit files in Microsoft SharePoint. Versioning of Revit files is required.

Solution:

To work with Revit files within Microsoft SharePoint:

  • If the Revit is installed on the machine, use CadToWin plug-in to open and view files stored in SharePoint.
  • To view files without Revit installed on the machine use online Autodesk Viewer.
