When configuring Vault software, you want to know how to configure the Job Processor, to not consume an Inventor license.
After installing Vault 2018.2, or Vault 2019 (or later), the Job Processor will no longer use "Standard" Inventor to process its jobs. Instead, the Job processor uses a new engine called "Inventor Server". Inventor Server is a "headless" version of Inventor (it has no user interface) and does not require any license.
For instructions on how to switch back to full Inventor, click this link How to configure the Vault 2018.2 (or later) Job Processor to use standard Inventor
