How to apply Navisworks Options to multiple users in an office?

Issue:

How to transfer Navisworks settings to make it consistent for all members within the office?

Solution:

There are two groups of options in Navisworks, and these are being stored in a different manner, such as: 

File Options

File Options are stored in the NWF/NWD file and transferred with the file.

Global Options

Global Options are set for all Autodesk Navisworks sessions and can be exported/imported to make the user experience consistent for multiple people in the Office.

Note: Global Options for each version of Navisworks are kept in the Windows Registry, and settings used by particular users can be checked there. For example, for Navisworks Manage 2025, the address is as follows:

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\Navisworks Manage\22.0\GlobalOptions\
