Issue:

You want to know how to configure Squid proxy to reach Autodesk servers for license verification of your single-user subscription license.
Failing to do this may lead to connection errors such as Establish an internet connection.

Solution:

Add requisite domains listed at this page to the Allowed List on your network

When using a Squid proxy, you will need to allow a URL to get access to the certification.

  • Add the certificate refresh URL in allowed list (a.k.a. exceptions) on the proxy server in the squid.conf file

  • Stop and restart Squid
  • Restart the software
