Issue:

How to download older updates for Autodesk software such as Vault, Inventor, AutoCAD, Revit etc?

Causes:

  • Each new software update released for Autodesk products includes all the latest features and fixes.
  • Autodesk wants its customers to have the best experience with its software by benefitting from the newest update
  • Therefore, when Autodesk releases a new update for any product, the older update will become obsolete and unavailable for download from the Product Update Portal.
  • Autodesk does not offer the ability to download older versions of updates when newer ones exist. This applies across all Autodesk products.

Solution:

Software updates and hotfixes are only provided for the three or five previous releases. For more information, visit the link - Download available previous versions
