How to download and collect a Dump file from Processor explorer for Fusion on Windows

Perform the following steps on Windows:

  1. Download Process Explorer from Microsoft at Download Process Explorer
  2. Once downloaded, right-click the folder and select 'Extract All' to unzip.
  3. Run Process Explorer (procexp.exe) to install.
  4. Double-click to start Process Explorer.
  5. Open Fusion to replicate launching issue. 
  6. In Process Explorer, right click on 'Autodesk Fusion' and select 'Create Dump File' to generate a minidump.
The minidump can be shared with Technical Support to help diagnose issues with Fusion launching slowly.
