Issue:

How to collect the Diagnostic Log Files for Fusion.

Solution:

To collect the log files from Fusion, perform the following. Alternatively, use the Gather System Information command from Fusion 360 Service Utility to log files, also a system information, and network diagnostics. This is preferred when working with technical support. 
  1. Start Fusion.
  2. Click the question mark (?) in the upper right corner of Fusion. 
  3. Select Support and Diagnostics from the drop-down menu. 
  4. Select Diagnostic Log Files.

  1. Click Show in Finder once the dialogue appears.

  1. You will be taken to Fusion360DiagnosticLogs.zip, which contains the log files.
