Fusion 360 needs to be downloaded and installed on a via a stable internet connection. With Fusion 360, you just subscribe, there is no license which needs to be activated on every single computer. Fusion 360 can be installed on as many computers as desired, as the subscription is tied to the Autodesk account with which it was purchased or registered with.
It is not required to reinstall Fusion 360 once the trial version is over and two accounts are not needed when working on multiple computers. See the following link for a step by step guide for how to register to use Fusion 360 as a student, hobbyist, start-up or educator:
If users do not qualify for the student, hobbyist, start-up, or educator entitlements, a subscription can be purchased from the following link;
Once a user has subscribed or registered with their Autodesk account, the entitlement status within Fusion 360 will change. This will be found under "Help" and "About". The description of the active plan will change and will show "Fusion 360, subscription"
