With Revit 2023.1.x and later versions the Bridge feature part of Autodesk Build allows you to link Revit cloud models from a bridged cloud project.
There is no supported workflow to allow the linking of Revit cloud models across different BIM 360 projects in a manner that allows the linked models to remain live cloud models.
Note: This feature has been requested in the BIM 360 Idea Forum and can be voted on here:
The models can be downloaded and then reinitiated as cloud models to link within one project.
Desktop Connector allows linking to the published version of Revit files (and the more common usage of linking to non-Revit files).
Workflow limitations:
Desktop Connector linked files are not displayed when viewing the host model through a browser (BIM 360):
Desktop Connector may not be able to link to Revit Cloud Models which have nested links (where the latest changes are not published to BIM 360):
Members opening a model with Desktop Connector links will need to have the Desktop Connector installed (to resolve the links) and will also need View+Download permissions for the BIM 360 projects containing the linked files.
