How to transfer CAM Assets from a Personal Hub to Team Hub in Fusion

Issue:

Users reported that how to transfer CAM Assets from a Personal Hub to a Team Hub in Fusion.

Causes:

The project Transfer tool cannot be used with the Assets folder.

 

Solution:

To transfer Assets from a Personal Hub to a Team hub, export the CAM Assets from the Personal Hub and upload them to the Team Hub by doing the following: 

  1. In a web browser, navigate to the Personal Hub.
  2. Click on the Assets folder.
  3. Click on the subfolder that needs to be moved to the Team Hub (CAMPosts, CAMTools, CAMTemplates, etc.).
  4. Select all the CAM Assets in that folder.
  5. Click the download button. This will download a ZIP file to the local download location.

  1. Unzip the downloaded folder to access the CAM Asset files.
  2. Switch over to the Team Hub in the web browser.

  1. Navigate to the appropriate CAM Assets folder.
  2. Upload the files unzipped in Step #6.
