Issue:

Users reported that there is a need to transfer Autodesk Fusion data (projects, folders, and files, including models, drawings, and templates) from one Team or account to another. This may be necessary in the following scenarios:

  • When an email address is changed.
  • Transferring from a commercial or trial account to a student or teacher education account.
  • When the Fusion account is due to expire and the new company provides a new subscription.
  • To save projects in a different account while maintaining the design history.
  • To have all the projects in one Team Hub.

Solution:

Note: For other transfer procedures or issues when transferring, see: How to transfer projects in Autodesk Fusion
