How to transfer ownership of a Fusion Team Hub or BIM 360 Team Hub

Issue:

Users reported that a business hub in Fusion Team or BIM 360 Team requires an owner change due to:
  • An employee leaving the company.
  • A new account does not have all privileges to the drawings/files database. 
  • "Basic Access" is displayed for the new Team Admin of the Cloud Storage owned by another user.
  • There is a need to transfer ownership of the Team Hub to someone within the company.

Solution:

Contact Technical Support to transfer the Hub ownership

Contact Autodesk Technical Support for hub owner change. The following details are required:
