How to turn off User Account Control (UAC) in Windows on a Vault Server.

Do the following:

In the Windows Start menu on the Vault Server system, type secpol.msc.
In the Microsoft Management Console (MMC), expand Local Policies > Security Options.
Ensure the following:

User Account Control: Use Admin Approval Mode for the built-in Administrator account = Disabled
User Account Control: Behavior of the elevation prompt for administrators in Admin Approval Mode = Elevate without prompting

Note: Some of the settings can be disabled by Domain Group Policy. If these cannot be changed, contact your Domain Administrator for assistance.
