How to upload a file to the Data Panel in Fusion

Issue:

Want to know how to upload a CAD file to the Data Panel in Fusion.

Solution:

To Upload a File to the Data Panel:

  1. Expand the data panel by clicking the grid icon in the upper left corner, if the Data Panel is not already opened.

  1. Open the project that the design will be saved to once the Data Panel has been expanded.
  2. Click the upload icon as shown below;

  1. Click "Select Files" in the Upload dialog box as shown in the image below;

  1.  Select the Upload file location on the PC and navigate to the file; and select 'Open'.

  1. The design should be listed after selecting 'Open' to upload the design to the cloud.

  1. Once file has been uploaded to the cloud; the status should have changed from a progress bar to 'Complete'.

Note: Files can also be uploaded to the cloud through the team hub.
