Missing Content Center libraries in Inventor

Issue:

When attempting to insert a component from the Inventor Content Center (CC), some standards, libraries, or families are missing:
  • They do not show in Inventor
  • Unable check-in files in Vault because missing Content Center libraries.
  • The Place from Content Center window can be empty.
  • In newly created project the CC library is missing.
