Multiple users unable to access Revit model, "The model could not be opened: The parameter is incorrect." in the Revit Journal

Issue:

Users reported that specific Revit Cloud Workshared models or models on BIM 360 are unable to be opened with the following message and snippet in the journal:

Open Model

This operation could not be completed. Please try again.

Environment:

Nasuni File share

Status:

No issue has been identified and the software is behaving as designed.

Additional Information:

Error is related to linked file which cannot be accessed through Nasuni file share.

Workaround:

Check with Nasuni to see if there is an update available that will address this behavior.
