Issue:

Network render management software for 3ds Max and Maya to use on a render farm for distributed rendering tasks.

Solution:

A render farm is a group of networked computers devoted to rendering images, used typically in the production of 3D films, games and other animations. Network render management programs allow 3D artists to submit rendering jobs from 3ds Max, Maya and other software to the render farm so that complex rendering tasks (both animations and high-resolution still images) can be distributed among multiple PCs.

The following applications listed here support both 3ds Max and Maya unless otherwise specified. Autodesk makes no claims or specific endorsements regarding any 3rd-party network rendering software. For more information, please contact the respective manufacturers.
