"Version conflict found during log-in." message after installing AutoCAD Map 3D 2022.0.1 update or a higher version.

Issue:

Open Infrastructure Administrator or Map 3D after installing Map 3D update 2022.0.1 (or newer version) and connect to Oracle based Industry Model show message:
Version conflict found during log-in.
The version of the installed application is newer than the one of the data models.
Please use Autodesk Industry <model Setup to update the data model.

Causes:

This is as expected.

Solution:

After installing the update 2022.0.1 for Map 3D the system user for Industry Models for example, TBSYS or MAPSYS (Industry Model system user for Oracle) needs to be updated.
Follow the steps:

  1. Open Autodesk Industry Model Setup 2022.0.1 (or any higher version).
  2. Login with Oracle credentials.
  3. Choose the System User and run update.

Note: after updating the system user for Oracle based Industry Models it is still possible to work with previous versions Map 3D 2019/2020/2021 (and 2022-2023) with the updated Mapsys user.
