From the Fusion Service Utility, there is a command to run a Network Diagnostic Test.
Note: See How to launch the Fusion Service Utility for invoking the tool.
Fusion may fail to launch because of network connection issues. In safe mode, this utility can be used to give more details about network connection availability.
To check your network:
Launch Fusion Service Utility. See How to launch the Fusion Service Utility.
Select Network Diagnostic Test.
Select Start to begin connectivity to the domains required by Fusion.
Once complete, the Network diagnostics tool will indicate that testing is complete. It will specify any connectivity issues to specific domains. Work with the network administrator to open access to the required ports and domains.
