When opening, syncing or inserting a link in a Revit Cloud Workshared model, "This operation could not be completed" is received.
Open Model
This operation could not be completed. Please try again.
Model may sync properly the first two or three times, but randomly fails with an error message after being open for a while. Sync may not be possible for specific members.
"Sync with central failed. This operation could not be completed".
In some cases, the message 'This operation could not be completed' occurs while opening the affected file.
At the time of the failure, the Revit Journal file shows the following:

Revit cannot communicate with cloud servers.
Try the following strategies to resolve this behavior:
Check the Autodesk Health Dashboard to see if the applicable service is functioning normally: Health Dashboard.
Make sure the internet connection and speed are stable. Run an internet connection speed test during syncing and compare the results for between the instances when it works and when it fails.
Disable the Revit add-ons one by one to see if one of them is causing the problem. See How to disable add-ons for Revit.
Perform a Clean Uninstall and Reinstall of Revit.
Disable the antivirus or firewall on the machine to see if this is caused by the exception list:
If syncing works after turning off the antivirus or firewall, check the proxy server settings and domain exceptions: Revit Cloud Worksharing: Proxy Server and domain exceptions.
Clear Temporary internet history: How to delete the contents of the Temporary Internet Files folder.
Create a new Windows profile and sync again.
Perform Windows Disc Cleanup: Disk cleanup in Windows 10.
If the issue persists check the methods described in "This operation could not be completed..." opening Revit cloud model.
