Issue:

This document provides the system requirements for Autodesk® A360 Rendering.

 

Solution:

Browser Requirements
  • Google Chrome™ version 29 or later
  • Mozilla® Firefox® version 31 or later
  • Apple® Safari® version 7 or later

Important: Currently, Microsoft® Internet Explorer 8, 9, and 10 do not support WebGL, only allowing you to view non-design files. It doesn't support viewing either 2D or 3D design files. We're working hard to resolve this known issue.

For the best mobile viewing experience, we recommend using the Autodesk A360 app for iOS and Android.
Depending on your browser, the Adobe® Flash® Player may be required to view some items.
