Issue:

When attempting to link a Cloud Workshared project in Revit from BIM360/ACC, the External Resource icon is missing from the Revit Import/Link RVT dialog box.

Note: The icon may be missing for a specific member.

Solution:

Non-Cloud model

The External Resource option only shows up when working in a cloud model.

Cloud Model

Update Revit: If Revit is not updated to the latest version update to the latest build: How to keep Revit updated
Add-ons: An add-on loaded into Revit may be interfering with the cloud features. See the following article for information on How to disable add-ins for Revit
- When disabling add-ons make sure to review the cloud models section on items that should remain enabled.
