To troubleshoot security-related connectivity issues related to the Autodesk Construction Cloud platform:

If you are encountering connectivity issues related to Autodesk Construction Cloud services, try to identify the security feature that is causing the issue:

Antivirus/ Antimalware systems.
Proxy Server.
VPN (Virtual Private Network).
Firewall.
Spam filter.

Ask your IT department to help you identify the security feature that is blocking the traffic. (For example, proxy servers or Antimalware software can be deactivated temporarily in a test environment to test the affected workflows with simple test data, unrelated to confidential project data).

Note: Autodesk Cloud services are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) Servers in the US-East region (Americas Regional Storage) and the Europe (Ireland) region (European Regional Storage). Go to cloudping.info to test the connection to AWS servers from inside your company network.
