When linking a model saved on BIM 360 nothing is displayed in the Import/Link RVT window in Revit

Issue:

When trying to link a model to a BIM 360 project in Revit with External Resources > BIM 360 the following is seen in the Import/Link RVT window in Revit.
  • The files can be seen in the BIM 360 website and proper permissions have been assigned. 
  • BIM 360 models show in the home screen.
  • When trying to initiate a new model the same issue occurs.

Causes:

There is an add-in that is causing the conflict.

Solution:

To avoid this behavior:
  1. Disable all add-ins.
  2. Check to see if the issue is now resolved.
  3. Enable add-ins one at a time until the problematic add-in is identified.
  4. Update or remove the problematic add-in.
