Where to download Revit Server installation package?

Issue:

When the standalone installer for Revit Server is not available, where else can the Revit Server installation package be found?

Solution:

To resolve this issue, install Revit Server using the Revit installation package.

  1. On the installation page, select Install Tools & Utilities, and accept the license agreement. 
  2. On the Configure Installation page, select the Revit Server check box (by default it is not selected).
  3. Click the dropdown next to "Install Revit Server to enable server-based worksharing over the WAN" to configure the Revit Server settings.

Note: When it is not possible to access the Revit installation package in the same version as the Revit Server, load the Revit project files into a newer version of Revit Server, and access the files through the newer version of Revit. This will cause Revit to upgrade the model.
