AutoCAD 2023 saves files to Desktop instead of SharePoint when using Save As

In AutoCAD, using Save As to save a file to a synced SharePoint folder results in the file being saved to the local Desktop instead.

Save the drawing temporarily to a local folder.
Use File Explorer to drag and drop the file to the desired SharePoint folder.
Reopen the file from SharePoint to re-establish correct references.
