"Couldn't Lock One Document. Try Again" in BIM 360 Document Management

Issue:

When trying to lock or unlock a document in BIM 360 Document Management following message is displayed:

Couldn't lock one document. Try again. 

Also:

  • The file cannot be modified or deleted.
  • Issue is specific to one file on the project.

Solution:

To lock the file, make sure it is not locked by another project member.

If this doesn't help, contact Technical Support.
