An admin has accidentally changed their permission group in Flow Production Tracking

Issue:

A site admin in Flow Production Tracking (formerly known as ShotGrid) has accidentally changed their permission group and cannot set it back. 

Causes:

The new permission group does not have permission to edit this field. 

Solution:

Contact another site admin to have the permission group changed. 
  • If there are no other admins on the site contact support to have it changed.
