Unable to drag and drop folders directly into BIM 360 or ACC

Issue:

Unable to drag and drop folders from a desktop directly into BIM 360 Document Management. When attempting to, the folder(s) may appear as "Pending processing..." or "Initializing..." in the Process box in the bottom right-hand corner, but they never successfully upload and do not appear in the folder structure within Document Management.

Causes:

Dragging and dropping folder(s) directly into BIM 360 Document Management and ACC Docs is not a supported workflow.

Solution:

Folders and subfolders can be uploaded to BIM 360 Document Management or Autodesk Contruction Cloud (ACC) via Desktop Connector (CDX). Follow the below steps:

Open the location of the local folder(s) on the desktop.
In a separate window, open Desktop Connector and navigate to the desired BIM 360 Document Management/ACC project.
Drag and drop the folder(s) into the desired location in that BIM 360/ACC project.
