"Database Exception" when starting Inventor Task Scheduler 2020

Issue:

Inventor Task Scheduler 2020 fails to launch with the following error messages:
 

TaskScheduler

Database Exception: Data source name not found and no default driver specified


It is then followed by another error message:
 

Task Scheduler

The Autodesk Task Scheduler failed to connect to its database. Please try again.

Causes:

An ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) driver for connecting to Access is not installed or not installed in 64-bit version.

Note: From Inventor 2020 on, Task Scheduler needs to have Microsoft Access Database Engine to be installed in 64-bit version.

Solution:

Install a version of Microsoft Access Database Engine in 64-bit flavor and start Task Scheduler again.
