Issue:

Users reported that while checking in files into Vault, files are "noncompliant equivalence", when Vault System Property "Original Create Date" is mapped with "Creation Date"

This incident has been resolved in:

Vault 2024

To install updates, open the Autodesk desktop app and click My Updates. To install a new version of your Autodesk software, open the Autodesk desktop app, sign in, and click My Products. To use a web browser to install updates or a new version, sign in to Autodesk Account. (Your access to new versions or updates depends on your Autodesk software entitlements.)

Workaround:

When file is "noncompliant equivalence" synchronize this file manually:

Select file
Actions > Synchronize Properties

2019; 2022; 2018; 2020;
