No files to link to when using Link to 2D PCB in the 3D PCB in Fusion 360

Issue:

When in the custom 3D PCB using Link to 2D PCB in Fusion 360 (to attribute it to the project), there are no files available to choose from. 
 

Causes:

There are no 2D PCB files in that folder. 

Solution:

Make sure that 2D PCB was created for a schematic. If it was, navigate to a different (or the same if it wasn't created before)  project or folder that contains the 2D PCB.
