How to get technical support for an Autodesk product. Also, you would like to know if there is direct number to reach us at?

Solution:

All customers with active subscriptions will have support included. To seek technical support, visit our support pages:

Construction Cloud products

For Autodesk Docs, Takeoff, Build support is accessed within the web interface. See the following article for more information: How to contact Technical Support for requests regarding the Autodesk Construction Cloud platform.

Other Autodesk products

  1. Go to our support page and sign into your account:

  1. Click the Using and troubleshooting my software box.

Note: For problems launching the product, or with the installation, activation, or licensing use the Downloading and Installing software option.
 
  1. Select your product from the drop-down menu, add a detailed description of your issue, then click See Options.

  1. You'll now see your subscription contact options. Click Schedule a Call to make an appointment to speak with an Autodesk technical support specialist. Click Create a case to send your question with email.

Finally, the Self-service options will indicate a snapshot of the most recent solutions from the Knowledge Network, specific to the product selected.

Also, visit the Autodesk Community to get help from the experts on usage issues.

Open a Support Ticket

  1. Sign in to your Autodesk Account .
  2. Click the Question Mark icon in the bottom right corner of the home page.

  3. Choose what you need help with from the pop-up window. For example, Post-purchase support.

  4. Navigate through some simple questions and several articles from our extensive library of support articles, from our Autodesk Knowledge Network (AKN), will be offered as possible solutions to your query. For example:

  5. If you still require assistance, click Contact a support agent (as shown in step 3) and then click Create a case.

Follow the instructions to complete all necessary data fields and attach any files that might help us with your question or issue (such as screenshots). Click Submit to create a support ticket.

Alternatively, you can follow the same above process at any time by visiting Contact Customer Support.

View Open Support Cases

  1. Sign in to your Autodesk Account .

  2. From the home page, click the middle tile to open your Support Cases page.

Enterprise Customers: On the following page, click Create Case and fill out all the necessary information to be included with the support case you open with us.
