"System Error Repair" when launching Autodesk software

Issue:

User reported that when running Autodesk software the following error message appears:

 

System Error Repair
 

The application is currently unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience.
 

"System Error Repair" error message

Causes:

  • The program was being blocked from accessing the Autodesk sites.
  • Date/Time is not correctly set.
  • Corrupted software installation.

Solution:

Verify the following steps to solve the issue. If one does not help, move to the next one:

Reset License

Update Autodesk Software

Install all the latest updates for your Autodesk Software. Updates are available via the Autodesk Access or the Autodesk Account.

 

Check Internet Settings

Have the network administrator check the firewall/proxy configuration. Autodesk software needs unauthenticated access to the domains listed in the article below:

 

Verify computer date and time Settings

Go to Windows Control Panel > Date & Time. Verify that the date and time are set correctly based on the system time zone.
