Issue:

When you try to download a product, you see this message:
 
Product download consists of multiple files. At least one file is missing or has not been downloaded yet.

Causes:

This message means that a necessary installation file is missing, and the download fails as a result.
 

Solution:

Ensure that all installation files are downloaded to the same folder before initializing installation.
If any files are missing, proceed as follows:
  1. Turn off virus protection and restart your computer.
  2. Before you download, go to your browser settings and turn off pop-up blocking. 
  3. Go to Autodesk Account at manage.autodesk.com and sign in.
  4. Find your product and choose a download method.
  5. Download and install your product.
  6. Restart virus protection and pop-up blocking. 
  7. If you still have a problem, contact support
