Unable to find the serial number and Product key for ALIAS

Issue:

While creating a custom package for deployment, we are unable to locate the product key and serial number for Alias Concept. 

Where is this information available?

 

Solution:

  1. The serial number is found in Autodesk Account.
    1. Sign in to Autodesk Account.
    2. Select the Products and Services tab. 
    3. Select the Product from which you need the serial number. 
    4. Select the license details on the right side.

  1. For the product keys go to this web page: Look up product keys.

Note: For all EBA Customers there is a separate Token Flex Product Key for all Autodesk Product to be used. This is not only recommended, it is mandatory. 

Install all products during a custom install with product key 535x1, where the x stands for the release year, letter P stands for 2024, Q stands for 2025 and so on.
