Issue:

When attempting to install Fusion 360 you get a splash screen.

Fusion 360 splash screen

Causes:

Security software preventing streamer.exe from running or corrupt\out dated graphic drivers.

Solution:

To resolve this issue complete the following solutions:

- Disable your antivirus software.  If there is no third party antivirus software installed, make sure windows defender is disabled.

- Update your graphic drivers by going directly to the manufactures website to install that latest version.

- If an updated graphic driver is not resolving the problem you can install from windows command line using the silent switch.

1. Download Fusion 360.
2. Open your download folder and rename the installer to "Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe"
3. Open windows command prompt and change the directory to the location of your download folder.
4.Type the command "Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe" --quiet –v DEBUG

* When using the switch you will notice the webdeploy log growing in size along with fusion 360 installer running in the task manager.
