Issue:

How to add a title block frame in a Fusion 360 Schematic that contains: 
  • Drawing number,
  • Title,
  • Revision,
  • Company name, and
  • Logo?

Solution:

Title blocks are stored in the "frames" library (from Library.io) and can be inserted as components. 
  1. Enable the "frames" library in your design:
    1. Open Library Manager

  1. Check "Library.io" as the source in the new dialog

  1. Type the following in the search bar: frames.

  1. When the frame library is displayed, toggle the "In Use" option on.

  1. Once the library is enabled in the design, find the desired frame in the Place Components tab.
  2. Add the frame the same way that you would place a component.
