How to create a 3D rebar (chair) with hooks perpendicular to the plane of the rebar in Revit?

Use the following steps to create chair rebars in Revit:

Select "Hook at Start" and "Hook at End" types of rebar.
Set the "Hook Rotation at Start" to 90 degrees and "Hook Rotation at End" to 270 degrees.
