Issue:

How to route two cutback elbows after another in AutoCAD Plant 3D with a very short distance between them? It looks like that everytime a short pipe will be included. How to get the cutback elbows together without this short piece of pipe between them?

Solution:

Follow these steps:
  1. Route the cutback elbow from the first pipe.
  2. Route the cutback elbow from the second pipe, snapping to the end point of the first cutback elbow.
  3. Cancel the routing and delete the inserted pipe between them.
  4. Select the whole part of the second pipe, use command MOVE, base point the end point of the second cutback elbow and snap the end point of the first cutback elbow.
