How to set process settings to get Stress, Mises-Hencky result in Moldflow

Issue:

You would like to know the workflow for adding the Stress, Mises-Hencky result to your  Moldflow warp results. 

Solution:

  1. Open the process setting wizard,
  2. Select Advanced Options. 
  3. Select Edit next to Thermoplastic injection molding solver parameters
  4. Select the Stress Analysis tab
  5. Select Mises-Hencky stress under the Stress result(s) to output. Select OK twice and then Next to navigate to page 2 of the Process Settings Wizard

          6.   On page 2 of the Process Settings Wizard, under Stress result(s) to output, again select Mises-Hencky stress

 Select Finish to exit out of the Process Setting Wizard. 

         7.    Navigate to the Moldflow Insight icon and select options

        8.    Under the Options tab, select Results
        9.    Select Add/Remove under Default results

      10.   Scroll down to the Warp results folder until you locate Stress, Mises-Hencky (warp).  Select it.
      11.   Click the double arrow icon to add this result to the Default results and select OK
      12.   Stress, Mises-Hencky (warp) will not show as a Default result option
