Issue:

When installing an Autodesk product 2023 or higher, an error message as the following appears:

Install error: AutoCAD 2023

The install couldn't finish.

Solution:

To solve the issue, apply the following:

Autodesk Licensing Service - [version] - Win - Update Installation failure

"Package (upi2:  {58DA583A-8D0E-361B-8FD9-4878E83B53B2} name: Autodesk Licensing Service - 13.1.1.12 - Win - Update)  Error Code:  61  Exit Status: 2 "

Disable User Account Control (or lower it as much as possible)

AutoCAD; All Desktop Products;

Versions:

2024; 2023; 2025;
