Issue:

Users reported that the Managed Items tab does not load in Fusion 360 Manage due to presence of duplicate entries.
  • Looking at the browser's Developers Console, there is a HTTP 500 when attempting to load Managed Items tab.
  • Running a script to loop through the item.workflowItems[i] array displays duplicate entries.

Status:

This incident is being investigated for a possible cause and resolution.
